Alex completed studies in Clinical Psychology with distinction and has authored empirical research in anxiety. He currently shares his time with Prince of Wales Hospital, working with acute and complex mental illness.
Alex is skilled at helping people through life’s challenges, whether they be stress associated with an unforeseen change or feelings that have been around for a while. He works collaboratively with a personal yet professional style, and supports clients towards making robust and meaningful changes.
Well-versed in strategies for coping, Alex practices predominantly within a cognitive-behavioural and mindful framework (CBT), tailoring to the needs of his clientele.
In his free time, Alex enjoys keeping active and walking his dog!
