Clinical Psychology Fees

 

 If you think you may benefit from mental health support, book a consult with your doctor to discuss if you are eligible for a Mental Healthcare Plan.

Subject to individual circumstances, patients with a valid Mental Healthcare Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Please discuss your eligibility with your GP.  

Daytime consultation (50 mins) - $241.65
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm
$110 gap fee for patient with valid Mental Healthcare Plan issued by your GP.
 
Afterhours consultation (50 mins) - $271.65
Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 9.00pm weekdays & all day weekends.
$140 gap fee for patients with valid Mental Healthcare Plan issued by your GP.
 
Couples Counselling (50 mins) - $270.00
Not rebateable with Medicare or Private Health Insurance.

Cancellation Policy

It is important that we receive at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation of or change to your appointment. This is because your session time is reserved for you and cannot be offered to anyone else unless sufficient time is provided to us.

Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment we cannot extend it. This ensures that we remain on time for the next appointment. If you are running more than 20 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.

Should you fail to attend an appointment or are unable to provide us with 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment, a cancellation fee of $160 will be charged to your account and you will be required to pay your cancellation before making another appointment at Bondi Doctors.

Payment Options 

Bondi Doctors does not accept payment in cash.

Payment following your consultation can be made using EFTPOS (savings/cheque accounts) and most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be required to supply your credit card details (either VISA or Mastercard) to confirm your appointment.

Your credit/debit card will only be charged if you do not provide the required notice for cancelling or changing your appointment, if you are unable to provide an alternative payment method at the time of your appointment or for the payment of outstanding accounts.

A $1.00 card validation payment will be processed and immediately voided as part of the card validation process.

Payment surcharges equal to the cost of acceptance apply.

A surcharge of 0.7% applies to Visa/Mastercard Debit Cards, 1.4% for all other credit cards and 1.4% for all automated ecommerce transactions (when you do not physically use your card to pay for your consultation). 

No surcharge applies to EFTPOS transactions made using your savings or cheque account.

Please note that a 1.4% payment surcharge applies to all Telehealth appointments as telehealth appointments are processed through an ecommerce facility.
