CHIROPRACTOR FEES

Depending on your individual circumstances, you may be able to claim back for your appointment through your private health fund, or through Medicare with a valid EPC plan. 

Please discuss this with your health fund or GP prior to your appointment. 

The below table outlines the upfront cost of chiropractor appointments. If you are eliglbe for a rebate, our team will process it on the spot for you using either your private health fund or Medicare card. Please remember to bring your health fund card to the appointment, if applicable.

PAYMENT TERMS

Bondi Doctors does not accept cash payments. At the time of booking your appointment, you will be required to supply your credit/debit card details (VISA or Mastercard) to confirm your appointment. A $1.00 card validation payment will be charged to your card and subsequently refunded. The credit/debit card you provide at the time of booking will be charged to settle your account at the conclusion of your consultation. The card will also be charged to settle cancellation fees where you do not provide the required notice for cancelling or changing your appointment, and/or for the payment of outstanding accounts. Please be aware that full payment is required at the conclusion of your consultation. Additional fees may apply to outstanding accounts if they are not settled within 30 days. Please note that online appointment booking is automatically disabled while an account remains outstanding.

 

If your consultation attracts a Medicare rebate, we will process your rebate with Medicare following settlement of your account.​

 

A surcharge of 1.4% applies to Visa/Mastercard Debit Card payments, 1.6% for all other credit cards.
A surcharge of 1.6% + 35c applies for all automated ecommerce transactions (when you do not physically use your card to pay for your consultation).

No surcharge applies to EFTPOS transactions made using your savings or cheque account in person at the practice.
