Lodging an enquiry through the Contact Us portal ensures your enquiry is handled efficiently by the right member of our team. Please note that reception no longer handles general enquiries over the phone. 

If you require special assistance and are unable to lodge an enquiry yourself, please call us, and one of our friendly receptionists can assist to lodge an enquiry on your behalf.

Healthcare Practitioner Enquiries

If you are a healthcare practitioner and would like to send us patient correspondence, please do so via:

  2. Upload clinical correspondence directly here

  3. Email: please phone our reception team to obtain our
    report delivery email address
