Cancelling your Appointment

Please provide us with 3 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment with your doctor. Any cancellations or changes to appointments within 3 hours may attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the out of pocket fee of your appointment.


How to cancel, or modify your appointments at Bondi Doctors


There are three different ways you can book, change or cancel your appointments:


  1. Online: Access the online booking platform on our website - via the click the ‘book online’ button.

  2. AMS Connect app: If you haven’t already, download our ‘AMS Connect’ app, where you can book and change appointments for yourself and your family members, request repeat scripts/referrals and conduct telehealth video appointments.

  3. Phone: You can call our friendly reception team who can help you book an appointment over the phone on 02 9365 2833.

Due to the time sensitivity of most cancellation requests, we do not take appointment cancellation requests via email.

Email is the best way to get in touch with a question or request for assistance.


We endeavour to respond to all emails within 3 business hours. Emails that require assistance from our clinical team, including practice nurses, or doctors, may take up to 5 business days to be actioned.

Results enquiries

Our reception team are unable to access or share your results with you. To access your results at Bondi Doctors, you will need to lodge a results request online.

How to access your results via Bondi Doctors

Lodge your results request here: 


You will be required to verify your identity and complete a consent form.


Your results request will be reviewed and actioned by our practice nursing team and you will receive a copy of your results via email within 5 days.

To access your results via MyHealth Record


You may be able to access your pathology results immediately through your Government MyHealth record. All pathology results should be available 7 days after your results are finalised by the pathology company.
